Set the schedule trigger
Choose 'Scheduled date and time' as the trigger. Set it to weekdays at 8:30am in your timezone. This fires the workflow every morning.
Add a form step
Add a 'Send a form' step targeting your standup channel or via DM to team members. Add 3 questions: '✅ What did you complete yesterday?', '🎯 What are you working on today?', '🚧 Any blockers?' Set response destination to your #standup channel.
Announce and set expectations
Post in #general explaining the new async standup: responses due by 9:30am. Async standups only work if the team actually uses them — the first 2 weeks require habit-building.
