Muse by Meta for business
Muse is Meta's personal AI agent. Meta says it can take actions, connect to other apps, and keep working after you close it, with you approving sensitive steps. Meta publishes a free tier with a usage limit, plus Power at $20 a month and Maximum at $100 a month. Those pages do not list a separate team price.
What it is
Meta's help center calls Muse your personal AI agent. It can take actions with your direction and connect to other apps. The product page says you chat with it in the Muse app on mobile, on Mac, or in WhatsApp. It can browse the web, create documents and images, set reminders, and connect to email, calendar, Instagram, and other apps. Meta says it asks before sending messages, making purchases, or sharing information with a connected app. You can allow an action once, always, or not at all.
The product page says Muse for Small Business is a collection of new skills and connectors for the small business owner. It does not publish a feature list or a price for that collection. The subscription help page says Muse and Muse subscriptions are in limited testing and are not available in every location.
Meta says a Muse subscription renews each month until you cancel. To subscribe you log in with a Meta account, and you must be 18 or the age of majority in your country. Benefits and availability can vary by region and account. The benefits you are offered show up during onboarding.
These are examples of how an owner might use the tool. They are not customer results, and they are not a promise that the product will do the job by itself.
Plans
These are the plans on Meta's subscription help page. There is no separate business or team price on the pages cited here.
Free
Meta says Muse is free with a usage limit. When you hit the limit, you wait for it to refresh or you upgrade.
Power
$20 per month. Meta says this plan includes 500 million Muse tokens per week.
Maximum
$100 per month. Meta says this plan includes 3 billion Muse tokens per week.
How an owner would use it
Invoicing follow-ups
Meta says Muse can create documents and, with your approval, send email. An owner can hand it the invoice facts and ask for a reminder, then approve the send. This page does not claim Muse connects to QuickBooks or Xero.
Missed-call replies
Ask Muse for a short text you would actually send, then approve it before it goes out. Meta says it is designed to ask before sending messages.
Scheduling
Meta says you can connect a calendar and set reminders. Use that for 'text me at 4 to confirm tomorrow's jobs.' The customer booking link can stay on the scheduler you already use.
Reporting
Meta says Muse can create spreadsheets and documents from what you give it. Paste the week's real totals and ask for a one-page note. Do not treat the chat as the books.
Hiring
Meta says Muse can create documents. Ask for a first draft of a posting from the tasks the role really does. You edit pay, schedule, and requirements before it is public.
SOPs
Ask Muse to turn a process you describe into a document. Meta's getting-started page says finished artifacts land in the Library tab. Copy that file into the folder the team already uses.
