Grok for business
Grok for business is xAI's team product. Grok Business is $30 per user per month for small and mid-size teams. Grok Enterprise is the larger plan, with custom SSO and directory sync. Grok Bot is not a separate company plan. xAI lists Grok Bot access on SuperGrok, which is also $30 per month for an individual.
What it is
xAI's business page describes Grok as frontier AI with real-time search, voice, image, and video, plus connectors. The page says you can connect tools, bring your own MCP server, and produce slides, spreadsheets, and documents. It also describes voice agents that can hand off to a person. Treat that as xAI's product claim, not a result from a shop we measured.
The pricing page lists a free plan, SuperGrok at $30 per month, and SuperGrok Plus at $100 per month. SuperGrok includes Grok 4.7, Grok Bot access, connectors, and image and video generation. The comparison table shows Grok Bot on the paid individual plans and team seat management on the business side.
The business page lists 'No training' under security for Business and Enterprise. Read xAI's current terms before you put customer data in.
These are examples of how an owner might use the tool. They are not customer results, and they are not a promise that the product will do the job by itself.
Plans
Prices are the ones printed on x.ai. Enterprise does not show a public seat price.
Grok Business
$30 per month per user. xAI says it is for small-to-medium teams. The page lists SOC 2 Type I and II, role-based access, higher rate limits, no training, team and seat management, consolidated billing, domain verification, user analytics, custom data retention, connectors, and Grok Build.
Grok Enterprise
No public price on the business page. xAI says it adds custom SSO, directory sync (SCIM), custom role-based access, advanced user management, dedicated onboarding, customer-managed encryption keys, application-level encryption, and a dedicated data plane.
SuperGrok and Grok Bot
SuperGrok is $30 per month and includes Grok Bot access. SuperGrok Plus is $100 per month and adds higher usage, 1080p video, and priority access. These are individual plans on the pricing page, not the team workspace.
How an owner would use it
Invoicing follow-ups
Ask Grok to draft a reminder from the invoice facts you paste in. You send it. If you want the send to fire when an invoice ages, that is a workflow in your books or in n8n, not a claim that Grok is your ledger.
Missed-call replies
xAI advertises voice agents with a handoff to a person. If you are not ready for that, use Grok only to draft the text you send after a missed call, and keep a human on anything that quotes a price.
Scheduling
Draft the reminder and the no-show note. Keep the booking page on the scheduler you already run.
Reporting
The business page says Grok can build spreadsheets and edit Sheets or Excel through connectors. Bring your own export. Do not ask it to invent a sales number.
Hiring
Use it to turn a role into a posting and a first-week note. You still set the wage and the interview.
SOPs
Ask for a first draft of a process you can already describe. Store the finished SOP in the place the team opens on a Monday, not only in a chat.
