Make AI for business
Make for business is a visual automation tool, and Make AI Agents are available on every plan. You build an agent on the same canvas as a scenario. Make bills in credits. The Free plan includes 1,000 credits a month. This page does not quote a paid price, because Make's pricing page did not print a dollar amount in the text that could be checked.
What it is
Make's AI Agents page says agents are available on all plans, including with Make's own AI provider or your own model key. You can see each decision in a reasoning panel. Make says you can add approvals or stop the agent. The page says agents orchestrate work across 3,000+ apps. The pricing page says the Free plan includes 3,500+ apps. Both numbers are Make's. They are not the same sentence, so this guide does not collapse them into one.
Plans named on the pricing page are Free, Core, Pro, Teams, and Enterprise. Free includes 1,000 credits a month, a visual builder, and a 15-minute minimum gap between runs. Core adds unlimited active scenarios and the Make API. Pro adds priority execution and custom variables. Teams adds team roles and shared templates. Enterprise adds 24/7 support and the security features Make lists.
Make says most module actions use 1 credit, and some AI-provider features use more. As of the note on that page, credits are the billing unit (the page dates that change to August 27).
These are examples of how an owner might use the tool. They are not customer results, and they are not a promise that the product will do the job by itself.

How an owner would use it
Invoicing follow-ups
A scenario can watch a sheet or a ledger event and send the reminder you wrote. Each module action spends credits. Start with one path, not five branches.
Missed-call replies
If the phone tool is in Make's catalog, a missed call can start the text. If it is not, do not invent a module. Send the text with the prompt until the connection exists.
Scheduling
Booking confirmed, reminder out. That is a scenario. An agent is for the messy note you could not predict, such as a customer who wrote three questions in one message.
Reporting
A scheduled scenario can email a summary of cells you already filled. Credits pay for the modules, not for a made-up total.
Hiring
A new row on a hiring board can create tasks and send the welcome email. Teams plan is the one Make says includes team roles, if more than one person will edit the scenario.
SOPs
Write the SOP, then build the scenario that creates the checklist. Use an agent only on the step that needs a judgment, and keep an approval on anything that emails a customer.
Questions owners ask
What is Make AI for business?
Make AI Agents run on Make's visual canvas and are available on every plan, including Free. They sit next to normal scenarios. You can require an approval before an action.
How much does Make cost?
The Free plan includes 1,000 credits a month. Paid plan names are Core, Pro, Teams, and Enterprise. A dollar price is not listed on this page because it was not in the pricing text that could be verified.
What is a Make credit?
Make says a module action, such as adding a spreadsheet row, usually uses one credit. Some AI features use more.
